Hanes Cymru

Hanes Cymru is a Welsh-language BBC schools radio series from the 1930s, 1940s, 1950s and 1960s, covering history for primary and secondary school pupils.
- "History of Wales"
- not to be confused with the contemporary English-language series Welsh History or History of Wales
- this was the first Welsh-language schools programme broadcast after the BBC Home Service was introduced on the outbreak of the second world war - there were no Welsh-language series in autumn 1939, but Hanes Cymru resumed on 19th January in spring 1940
