The Open Window is an ITV schools TV series from the 1950s, covering Miscellany for secondary school pupils.
- "An Anthology for Television"
- an extremely unusual schools programme - a general miscellany series for secondary schools. Rediffusion found that this type of programme was not useful for secondary schools and few schools could fit it into their syllabus, and the series did not continue after its first term
