The Arts Cart is a unit of the Channel 4 Schools series Stop, Look, Listen from the 1990s & 2000s, covering art for primary school pupils.

A colourful cart full of materials, instruments and ideas visits children in different places to inspire their musical and artistic activities, alongside different guest artists who present each programme.

The first programme was presented by the unit's (and production company SFTV's regular) composer Liz Kitchen.
