The Lawbreakers is an episode of the BBC schools TV series Scene from the 1970s, covering citizenship for secondary school pupils.
Documentary about the treatment of young offenders, including punishment at Portland Borstal, a Detention Centre and a Community Home, and alternatives which attempt to reform offenders such as a probation histel and a weekend attendance centre.
