The Handicapped Child is an episode of the BBC schools TV series Scene from the 1960s and 1970s, covering citizenship for secondary school pupils.

Documentary about Charlton Park School for handicapped children, some of whom cannot walk and some cannot talk. Parents of the children and an ex-pupil who has found work as a telephonist are interviewed.
