Nature is a BBC schools radio series from the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s, covering Nature for primary school pupils.
- replaced Nature Study
- replaced by Looking at Nature
- In spring 1970 Nature included two radiovision programmes on sex education -- Where Do Babies Come From? and Growing Up -- broadcast separately from the main series. These were the first sex education broadcasts for primary school pupils in Britain and subject to intensive scrutiny before they were broadcast (but essentially ignored at the time of broadcast and afterwards). Merry-Go-Round included three television programmes on the same topic in the summer term.
