Musical Triangles is an ITV schools TV series from the 1970s, covering music for secondary school and further education students.

  • series on classical music presented by Tim Rice, originally broadcast late at night for adults in January & February 1975, and repeated for schools in the Thames Television area in Spring 1977
  • a second series of 6 episodes was broadcast for adults in October & November 1976, but not repeated for schools
  • the title refers to "triangles" of composer, performer and instrument
