Theatres and Temples is a unit of the ITV schools TV series Drama (ITV) from the 1960s, covering Drama for secondary school pupils.

  • three programmes about Greek drama, and a three-part unabridged production of Medea by Euripedes
  • this unit was accompanied by a repeat of the four programmes on Greek drama from the Angry Gods unit
  • two of the Theatres and Temples programmes about Greek drama and the entire three-part production of Medea were repeated in autumn 1964
