"Christina Katic has a Croatian father and British mother. (...) The Blood That's In You is her first work for television. The first draft was written in Autumn 1991 at a time when Croatia was under attack and mahy of Christina's family and friends were in danger." - Scene teacher's notes spring 1996 p.18.
