Let's Go Out is an ITV schools TV series from the 1960s and 1970s, covering Environment for primary school pupils.

  • local studies series, encouraging children "to go out from school and look carefully at everyday things which otherwise they might take for granted"
  • originally broadcast fortnightly, alternating with The World Around Us
  • incorporated into The World Around Us in autumn 1975
  • the summer 1975 programmes were repeated by Thames during the 1977 summer holidays as part of Summer School
