The Palace, The Palace, We're going to the Palace, The Palace, The Palace, Like Christopher and Alice, In our brand new party dresses we'll be partying like snobs, We're going to hobnob in the Palace and be pally with the nobs, Oi!
I have just been handed, by my Father, an original of "Time And Tune. BBC Radio For Schools. Spring Term 1967". If anyone is interested in this i could make them a copy and send it to them FOC. I was born 1959 and remember this booklet from class. I was in Moorside Infants in 1967 and would have been 7 years old at the time. The school in question, on the East Lancashire Road (A580) in Swinton/Manchester, is now being demolished to make way for a newer more up to date education centre. How very sad. Pedro x

Hello!!!! am so thrilled to have found a reference on this site to Twigwidge, the Time and Tunes story that was in schools in 1974. I remember listening to it at school, and I am longing to try and find a copy of the soundtrack because my father was playing on it (clarinet, john denman) - and I would love to hear it again! Does anyone know where I might start looking? do the BBC have archive copies do you think? Am soooo excited to have seen the front cover of the booklet! it has really taken me back! Thank you to whoever found it!!! merion x
